Organized bid requests
When we invite you to bid, you receive a defined scope with the plans and schedule information available for that project.
Clear payment terms
Payment milestones and terms are set out in each agreement, with California statutory lien waivers exchanged as payments are made.
Straightforward paperwork
Approved partners receive a private link to submit their insurance certificates, W-9, and license documents, and we let you know when documents on file are close to expiring.
How prequalification works
Every trade partner completes a prequalification package before receiving bid documents. It covers your company information, licensing where your work requires it, insurance, and the other documents that apply to your trade. Design consultants and construction trades have different requirements, and the specific coverage, limits, and endorsements are set out in the package and in your agreement.
Approved partners get a private onboarding link to complete company details and the documents applicable to their work. Prequalification does not guarantee an invitation to bid or the award of work.
